Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Auto Postlix, a service provided by AppAlbania, Tirana, Albania ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Auto Postlix for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. The service

Auto Postlix lets you connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts and automate replies to messages and comments, build chatbot flows, generate replies with AI, send messages allowed by Meta's rules and publish or schedule posts. Features depend on your plan and on what Meta makes available through its platform.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account and for team members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Tell us right away at info@appalbania.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the Meta Platform Terms, Messenger and Instagram policies and the law. In particular you must not:

• send spam or unsolicited promotional messages, or message people outside the windows and tags Meta allows;
• collect or use people's data without a legal basis, or ignore requests to stop receiving messages;
• send illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content, or impersonate others;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service without our written consent.

We may suspend automations or accounts that put Pages, users or the service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

4. Your content and your customers' data

You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. For data about people who contact your Pages you are the controller and we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR page. AI-generated replies are suggestions produced from your instructions; you are responsible for reviewing how they are used.

5. Trial, plans and payment

• New accounts may start with a free trial for the period shown on the pricing section. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown (for example 30 days). Prices include the taxes stated at checkout.
• If a plan is not renewed, paid features stop at the end of the period; your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Payments already made are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we fail to provide the service.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Auto Postlix available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Meta can change or limit its platform at any time, which may affect features. We may improve or change the service and will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what you paid for.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using Auto Postlix at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (liability, data, law) remain in force.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania; courts in Tirana have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights you have where you live. We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use after an update means you accept it. Contact: info@appalbania.com.
